Today on the way home from the base, a lizard like this one ran alongside my bike. He was trying to race but I won!

- William and Cindy Haynes
- William and Cindy Haynes work with the YWAM Chiang Rai Base. YWAM is a inter-denominational Christian missions organization. William works with the base leadership team to develop the infrastructure, systems, and resources needed for long term missions outreach in the area. Cindy is developing an Introduction to Primary Health Care school (IPHC) which will focus on teaching health care skills to missionaries and local peoples. We both enjoy being outdoors in our hometown of beautiful Chiang Rai, Thailand.
